Terms and Conditions

In addition to our regular competition Terms and Conditions, Max 1073 and 2RE Footy Tipping 2024 Terms and Conditions are as follows:

• I – You must be over 18 years of age to enter.
• You must reside in the Mid North Coast council area to enter the Max 1073 and 2RE Competition
• II – You must return the contact form supplied to you upon registering to be eligible for any prizes you may win.
• III – You may only enter only the Max 1073 or the 2RE footy tipping competition, not both.
• IV – Max 1073 and 2RE reserve the right to remove you from either competition if you are entered in both, but you will be given the opportunity to choose first.
• V – Max 1073 and 2RE reserve the right to remove you from either competition if you breach terms and conditions.
• VI – Staff and families of Manning Valley Broadcasting and Taree Auto Group are allowed to enter the competition but are ineligible to win any prizes. Upon registering, a staff/family member of either organisation will need to disclose that they are affiliated with either party. Failure to disclose this, please refer to #V.

Rules and scoring for the competition:

• Failure to submit tips will result in a default score.
• A perfect round will award you two bonus points.
• In the event of a draw, prize money will be split between winning parties
